By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

 

1. General Information

 

 

 

HobbyJobby Creations specializes in custom-made and personalized embroidered items, many of which are created using details or garments provided by the customer. Each piece is handmade with care and attention to detail.

 

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.


2. Custom Orders & Final Sale Policy

 

 

 

Many Items sold by HobbyJobby Creations are made to order and customized specifically for you.

 

Because of the personalized nature of our work:

  • All custom orders are final sale
  • Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted once production has begun

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Custom names, text, dates, or designs
  • Size and garment selections
  • Approved mockups or descriptions
  • Customer-supplied garments (such as baby clothing for keepsake embroidery)

 

3. Customer Responsibility & Order Approval

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • All personalization details are correct, including spelling, colors, sizing, and design choices
  • You have reviewed product descriptions and any provided mockups
  • You understand embroidery may vary slightly from digital previews due to fabric texture, thread, stitch style, and human touch

We are not responsible for errors or dissatisfaction resulting from details approved at the time of ordering.


4. Customer-Supplied Garments

If you choose to send your own garments or materials to us:

  • Shipping garment to HobbyJobby Creations is the customer’s responsibility 
  • Items are accepted and embroidered at the customer’s own risk
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by:
    • Fabric quality or age
    • Pre-existing wear or flaws
    • Normal embroidery stress on delicate materials

Due to their sentimental and irreplaceable nature, no refunds, returns, or replacements can be offered for customer-supplied items.

 

5. Errors, Defects & Our Responsibility

If your item arrives with an error or damage caused by us, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will determine the best solution at our discretion, which may include:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Store credit

Refunds are issued only if deemed acceptable by HobbyJobby Creations and a repair or replacement is not possible. 

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

 

Once your order has been shipped:

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages

We recommend selecting shipping options with tracking and insurance when available.

 

7. Cancellations & Changes

Because orders move quickly into production:

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun
  • Requests for changes must be submitted as soon as possible and are not guaranteed


8. Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

By placing an order, you agree to contact us first with any concerns so we can work toward a resolution.

We reserve the right to:

  • Provide order records, approvals, and communication to payment processors in the event of a dispute
  • Refuse future service to customers who file chargebacks on approved custom work


9. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, product descriptions, and content on this website are the property of HobbyJobby Creations and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.


 

 

10. Right to Refuse Service

 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms.


 

 

11. Governing Law

 

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which HobbyJobby Creations operates.
