📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

We recommend selecting shipping options with tracking and insurance when available.

 

🧵 Customer-Provided Garments

If you choose to send in your own garments (such as baby clothing for keepsake embroidery), please note:

  • Shipping garment/fabric to HobbyJobby Creations is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Customer-provided items are accepted and embroidered at your own risk
  • Refunds or replacements cannot be offered for customer-provided garments
