Return & Refund Policy

Thank you so much for supporting our small business! Each item we create is thoughtfully and carefully made just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our work, we have the following policy in place.

 

 

💕 Custom & Personalized Orders

All of our custom embroidery and other custom made items are tailor-made to order based on the details you provide. For this reason:

  • All sales are final
  • We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom or personalized items

This includes (but is not limited to) custom text, names, dates, design choices, and any items made using garments you provide.

 

✔️ Order Details & Approvals

Before production begins, we rely on the information you provide. By placing your order, you confirm that:

  • All personalization details (spelling, sizing, colors, and design choices) are correct
  • You have reviewed any mockups or descriptions provided
  • You understand that embroidery may vary slightly from digital previews due to fabric type, thread texture and human touch.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for errors that were approved at the time of ordering.


🧵 Customer-Provided Garments

If you choose to send in your own garments (such as baby clothing for keepsake embroidery), please note:

 

  • Shipping the item to us is your responsibility.
  • Items are embroidered with great care, but natural wear, fabric condition, and embroidery stress are beyond our control
  • Customer-provided items are accepted and embroidered at your own risk
  • Refunds or replacements cannot be offered for customer-provided garments

 

🌸 If There’s a Problem

If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we’ll happily work with you to find the best solution, which may include a repair, replacement, or store credit. Refunds are issued only when a repair or replacement isn’t possible.


📦 Shipping Notes

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or items marked as delivered by the carrier. We always recommend selecting tracked or insured shipping when available.
